This time of the year puts it into perspective.

Surprised to hear from me here? Most definitely, I'm sure.. me too LOL

If you are in our Facebook group you probably have gathered that this season of life has been tough for me. My heart has been extra heavy in a few different areas and I've found that my anxiety has been in overdrive. 

I have been more intentional with my praying - or at least trying to be. This past Sunday I worked in my yard cleaning my flower beds out. This is where I always feel closer to my mama and I have come to enjoy it. While I  was pulling weeds I caught myself talking to God and praying while doing so. It wasn't aloud, but it was happening and I felt like I was just in the moment. 

Hayes' birthday always makes me reflect on The Ranchy Peach - he was just 2 months old when it started and last night we celebrated his 6th Birthday!!

With this season of life where cost of living is so high and everyone is trying to make it - I  am reminding myself of where this thing started. 

I come to you today and want to remind you that no matter where you are or what season of life you are in, you are not alone. There is someone out there that has been in your shoes, too. And our Lord and Savior is there to listen - just like He listened to me pulling those weeds.  If you look where you have been and where you are going, be thankful for the journey and claim the next chapter to be fruitful in all the ways you need it to be.
