By participating in this trial spray tan session on 11/21, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Trial Service: This appointment is a trial run intended to test color selection, application technique, and results. Final outcomes may vary at the actual event appointment.
2. No Guaranteed Results: Spray tan development can differ based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. The Ranchy Peach does not guarantee a specific shade, depth, or longevity of the tan.
3. Client Responsibility: You understand that a minimum of 50% of spray tan results depend on your personal preparation and aftercare, including exfoliation, shaving, moisturizing, and avoiding products that may interfere with the solution.
4. Skin Reactions: While rare, allergic reactions or sensitivities may occur. You assume all responsibility for any reaction that may arise from the spray tan solution or prep products.
5. Staining: Temporary staining of clothing, bedding, or personal items may occur. The Ranchy Peach is not responsible for any damage.
6. Consent to Proceed: By signing the consent form provided, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this disclaimer and voluntarily choose to proceed with the 11/21 spray tan trial session.

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• There is a 8% restocking fee to all returned items.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
