Private Party - please submit the form required for your reservation when purchasing your time slot.

Please make note - the purchase of a reservation does not include your hat or accessories. Each individual will be responsible for purchasing their hat and accessories. 

The Hat Bar is a special shopping experience located in our Cairo, Ga Storefront. It is a hands-on, unique place to create a memorable hat. 

Book a reservation for yourself or with your friends - we want to be apart of your birthday parties, date nights, bach parties and all the other things you can think of!

Accessories will be available to add to your hat - like scarves, bandanas, hat charms, feathers, and more! 

You will come in - pick your hat and add all the things you wish to put on your hat to your dish. Once your selections have been made our stylist will help customize the hat of your dreams. 

Cancellation policy: We offer a full refund and allow cancellations for bookings with more than 48 hours notice of appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of appointment will be given store credit. If your full party does not show for the event without notice, a refund for their hat bar reservation cannot be given. You are able to adjust the number of guests in your reservation up to 48 hours before your event.  Refunds will not be given for no-show appointments. 

OPEN vs CLOSED Private Party?

Open Private Party - party will take place during regular store hours and our storefront will be open to the public.

Closed Private Part - party will take place outside of regular store hours and our storefront will be closed to the public.
